Our Commitment to Quality
At Origentico, we strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if for any reason your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we are here to help.
When does a return apply?
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- The product arrived visibly damaged or in poor condition
- The product received does not match the item ordered
- The product has obvious manufacturing defects
Since these are artisanal food products and consumer goods, returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference are not accepted.
Timeframe for requesting a return
The customer has a maximum of 3 business days from the date of receipt of the order to report any issues. Requests made outside this period cannot be processed.
How to request a return?
To start the process, the customer must:
- Contact us within the specified period via WhatsApp or email
- Provide the purchase order number
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged or spoiled product
- Await confirmation from our team within 1 to 2 business days
Resolution
Once the case has been verified and approved, the full amount paid for the affected product will be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the customer's bank or financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was Origentico's responsibility.
