Nationwide shipping
At Origentico, we ship throughout Costa Rica via Correos de Costa Rica, ensuring that your order arrives safely at any corner of the country.
Shipping costs
Orders with a value of ₡25,000 or more enjoy completely free shipping. For orders with a value of less than ₡25,000, the shipping cost is calculated according to the origin and destination zone:

The indicated times are estimates and may vary depending on the availability of Correos de Costa Rica or situations beyond our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your shipment in real time through the Correos de Costa Rica website.
Special considerations
Chocolate products are heat sensitive. We recommend considering this when receiving your order, especially in coastal or high-temperature areas. Origentico is not responsible for damages caused by extreme weather conditions during transport.
